1 · Purpose
These terms govern the use of Riseform, a personal fishing log for recording trips, catches and the conditions that went with them. Installing the application constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2 · Access to the service
The application is accessible without creating an account. The log works offline; some condition data (wind, sky, swell) requires network access and may be unavailable. Tide data and the sun's course are computed locally.
3 · Plans and subscriptions

Prices are shown in euros; you are billed in your store's local currency. Subscriptions are taken out and billed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, depending on the platform. Renewal is automatic unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, from your Apple or Google account settings. Riseform has access to no payment details of any kind.
4 · Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately. Refunds are handled under Apple's or Google's own terms.
5 · Your content
You remain the sole owner of the data in your log: trips, photos, notes, spot names. Riseform claims no rights over this content and does not exploit it for any purpose. You can export it at any time.
6 · Expected use
- Comply with applicable fishing regulations: sizes, quotas, seasons, licences.
- Do not circumvent the application's technical measures.
- Do not use the application to aggregate or publish spot positions belonging to others.
7 · Limitation of liability
Riseform is a memory tool. It does not predict fishing and recommends no trip: the indicators it shows are a count of your own past observations. Tide and weather data are provided for information only and do not replace official maritime safety bulletins. The decision to go out is entirely yours.
8 · Changes to these terms
These terms may change. Any substantial modification will be announced in the application at least thirty days before it takes effect.
